Responsible AI use
These rules apply to the web application and to connected agents and automations.
People, avatars and voices
Use real people’s images and voices only with permission or a valid legal basis for the particular purpose. Permission to use a photo does not automatically authorize voice cloning, simulated endorsements or every scene. Do not pass synthetic content off as someone’s real statement or conduct without the necessary disclosure and permissions.
Prohibited content
Child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, fraudulent impersonation, scams, threats, targeted harassment and infringement are prohibited. Do not create false testimonials or misleading advertising claims. Do not bypass security, distribute malware, obtain secrets or access others’ resources.
Third-party data and brands
Upload only what is needed. Avoid identity documents, health data, sensitive financial information and secrets that are unnecessary for creation. Check licences for images, music, products and logos. When processing data for an organization, review processing and transfer terms before uploading client data.
Publishing transparency
Check the law and platform rules for advertising and AI-generated or manipulated content, including deepfakes. Use required labels or notices and do not remove technical provenance indicators to deceive. Do not assume that the video or platform automatically adds every required disclosure.
Agent control
Grant only necessary permissions and define spending and publishing limits. Keep credentials private. Review results before enabling automatic publishing. Revoke unused connections; external agents may retain received information under their own terms.
Reports and review
Report infringement to soporte@obrasmart.pro with the link or ID, a description and information needed to assess your rights. Do not attach illegal material. We may temporarily restrict the affected content or feature during review. Affected users may request review of a decision.
