Terms of service

1. Provider, age and account

You contract with MULTIPLE BRAND (FZE), identified in the legal notice. You must be at least 18 and have capacity to contract. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to represent it. Provide accurate details and protect your credentials. Registration and sensitive authorizations are completed personally in the application.

2. The service

Studio Pro organizes projects, references, products and characters; helps prepare scripts with Aura; generates videos, images, posters and carousels; and provides editing, recomposition and publishing tools where available. Aura is an AI system, not a person. Supported features and formats appear in the application. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result, perfect identity or synchronization, or fixed processing times. This does not limit statutory rights for defective services.

3. Credits and quotes

Generations are paid for with credits. Each pack shows its total price and credits; each job shows its cost before confirmation. Credits are not money, an investment or an external payment method and cannot be transferred between users unless expressly supported. No automatic credit expiry is currently configured; any change will be communicated before it applies and will respect rights in purchased balances. Assistant allowances and storage limits are separate from generation credits.

Confirmation may reserve or deduct credits. A terminal generation failure returns the relevant credits according to its recorded status. Creative changes, regeneration or recomposition may be a new quoted job, even when assets are reused. See the payments and refunds policy.

4. Optional automatic top-ups

These activate only after your express authorization of the pack, amount, balance threshold and monthly cap, together with card authorization in Stripe. Saving a card is not itself a purchase; a top-up may begin if your balance is already below the threshold when activated. The cap uses UTC calendar months and includes paid and pending automatic top-ups; manual purchases are separate. Packs are not split to exhaust a cap.

Disable future top-ups in Credits and top-ups. Disabling does not cancel a payment already started. A decline or additional bank authentication may pause the process. A change to pack price or credits requires fresh authorization. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed if credits run out, a limit is reached or a payment does not complete.

5. Agents, permissions and publishing

You can connect compatible MCP clients and other channels. Review permissions and limits per generation and period. If you enable automatic execution, supported actions may spend credits without another approval; if you also authorize top-ups, that spending may trigger charges within the agreed limits. Conversation or file content does not expand permissions.

Social accounts require their owner’s authorization and each platform’s permissions. Choose review or automation where available. Review destinations, dates, rights and content before authorizing. Revoking access prevents future use but does not remove existing posts or guarantee cancellation of work already running. External agents and platforms have their own terms.

6. Materials, likeness and voice

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize us to host, process, transform and transmit those materials to the providers necessary to carry out your instructions, maintain your library and provide support and security. This permission does not allow us to use your content in our advertising without additional permission. You must hold the necessary copyright, trademark, likeness and voice permissions, and a valid basis for processing third-party personal data.

You may use outputs commercially to the extent permitted by law, your rights and the licences of the materials and models used. We do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection or absence of similarity to other outputs. Review brands, music, faces, text and claims before publishing. Follow the AI use rules and applicable synthetic-content disclosure obligations.

7. Prohibited use and measures

Do not use the service for illegal content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment or infringement. Do not bypass limits, access other accounts or publicly expose credentials. We may reject jobs or restrict access proportionately for breaches or security risks. You may request review through support; we will provide the reason where legally possible. Suspension does not automatically extinguish payment or balance rights.

8. Tax and international availability

Amounts are expressed in EUR; your bank may apply its own conversion or fees. The payable amount and applicable tax breakdown are shown. Taxes depend on the transaction, country and customer status. Reverse charge applies only where the law and customer evidence permit it. Accepting these terms does not transfer the provider’s tax obligations to the customer.

The service is subject to applicable legal and provider restrictions. Website access from a country does not guarantee availability of every feature or payment method there.

9. Closure, files and retention

Request closure from Account. Access is revoked and outstanding operations and balances are addressed before local erasure completes. Download any materials you wish to keep first. Closure does not remove records required for legal duties, payments or claims, or copies already sent to third parties. The privacy policy explains these processes. Closure does not exclude legally required refunds.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Each party is responsible under applicable law. Review outputs before use, particularly advertising claims and content affecting others. We do not guarantee external services or commercial profit, reach or results. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for non-conformity, fraud, gross negligence or other applicable mandatory rights.

11. Changes, complaints and governing law

New versions carry a publication date. Material changes will be communicated in the application or through an available contact channel, before they apply where required; they will not be imposed retroactively on confirmed jobs or charges. Fresh acceptance may be required.

Contact soporte@obrasmart.pro for issues or complaints. Generally, UAE law applies and the competent Sharjah courts apply to business relationships, subject to mandatory rules. Consumers retain mandatory protection and competent forums in their country of residence where applicable. The English and Spanish versions describe the same service; a discrepancy will not reduce mandatory rights.
