For animations, music and sound effects cost nothing and “Improve with AI” is free up to 30 times a day. Only a platform catalogue voice adds to the price, based on the script's characters; free voices or your own ElevenLabs key have no voice cost. The quote shows it before you confirm.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Straightforward pricing.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits currently have no expiry date. If that ever changed, you would be told in advance and the balance you have already bought would be respected.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Packs are one-off payments. The social plan renews monthly until you cancel the renewal in Credits and top-ups; you keep it until the end of the paid period and your credits are not affected.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Prices are in euros and include any taxes that apply to your country and customer type. Stripe shows the breakdown at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a job fails permanently, the credits for that generation go back to your balance automatically. You can see it in your transaction history.
Can I ask for a refund?
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase: just write to soporte@obrasmart.pro. Other card refunds are reviewed case by case. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I know what it will cost?
Before generating, the app shows you the quote in credits and nothing is charged until you confirm. The price per credit depends on the pack: from 5.9 to 3.33 cents.
Can I try it for free?
New accounts may receive free credits after verifying their email. The current offer is shown when you sign up.
